Payment Methods

Upon completing your order, we will email an electronic invoice to you within 24 hours. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal online. All payments are hosted via Paypal to ensure the security of your transaction and maintain your privacy. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase from Chic to Cheek Boutique and we do not store any of your credit card information online. If you prefer to pay by phone, you can call 1-604-505-6656.

We will never share your personal information with a third party, except to the extent to complete that order. We never share, rent, or sell our customer lists. CANADIAN Shipping

Shipping is added to orders at time of checkout based on your total purchase price. We ship in Canada via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and will refund any over-charges on shipping.

We believe in fair pricing for shipping! For smaller and lighter-weight items, we will refund any overages in shipping fees (for example, car magnets and soother clips, etc.).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, please contact us prior to purchase. Many of our items are available to international customers. Our shipping fees will only reflect the actual costs of sending the items to you. All prices and shipping costs will be quoted in Canadian dollars.

Processing time

Orders are processed and packaged for shipping within 5 business days, or less, from receipt of payment. Any items requiring additional time, such as custom orders, specify completion time on the product detail pages.

Returns

Shop with confidence! We strive to make your shopping experience an enjoyable one by providing excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us to find a solution.

If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to shipping the item back. Returned items must be in new, unwashed condition and can be accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. We are unable to accept used items for return or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it is the result of an error by us .
